Meet
Dr. Melissa Rozas

Dr. Melissa Rozas grew up on Galveston Island and worked in her family’s seafood restaurants where she learned to appreciate the potential to create a richer experience through great customer service. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 1991, and in 1995, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas. Following dental school, she completed a two-year residency at the University of Texas at Houston and Hermann Hospital, where she received her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry in 1997.
Shortly after graduation, she moved to Coppell and started her own practice. Dr. Rozas is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Throughout her career, she has been recognized and called upon as a leader in the local, state and national dental organizations. She is past President of the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, past Director Region V of the College of Diplomates/American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and she is in her 16th year serving as the Chairman of the Greater Dallas Pediatric Dental Society. She has been recognized for over 20 years as one of D Magazine’s Best Dentists.
Dr. Rozas has a bright personality and over 27 years of experience as a practicing pediatric dentist and owner of a private practice. She has navigated everything from hiring and building training plans for her teams to reviewing systems to make practices run more efficiently, and she looks forward to being able to share her knowledge with you. What Made You Decide to Go into Consulting?

Dr. Rozas has always been passionate about coaching and mentoring colleagues and students. She is dedicated to guiding healthcare professionals and practice owners who are striving for balance and fulfillment in both their professional and personal lives. Throughout her career, she has invested her time in helping others achieve their goals—whether choosing a profession, navigating career decisions, or finding the right practice environment. For Dr. Rozas, becoming a consultant was the natural next step in her career.
Outside of the Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Outside the office, Dr. Rozas enjoys an active and balanced lifestyle. She met her husband, Tim, while attending Texas A&M University, and they have been married for over 34 years. They have two grown children, Bryce and Lauren, both Texas A&M graduates with careers in healthcare. She is a longtime Dallas Maverick fan, and in her free time, she enjoys tennis, pickleball, traveling and values time spent relaxing on the beach with family and friends.
